Whoop whoop.. I have finally passed the healthy cleanse stage of my24 day challenge! I feel like with the accomplishment of no Cokes in 11 days I deserve a new pair of shoes… but I think I am going to have to invest in new pants first.. you know the office kinda likes it when you wear pants that fit and I am happy to say all of mine are now too big! Wedding dress here I come! I haven’t actually weighed myself since starting the 24 day challenge – but that is because my fiance’ threw the scale out when he stumped his toe on it.. HA! and I just haven’t found the time to go buy a new one.. I guess I will add that to my things to do over the weekend list… because for the first time in a very very long time I am not scared to step on the scale.. I feel better, have more energy and my clothes don’t fit – Life is good!
Now the following 11-24 days are a little different than the first 10 so for those of you following along with the ups and downs of the challenge here we go.. I am still drinking my morning coffee (with creamer / no sugar) sorry guys when the weather warms up to above 55 degrees in the morning I will stop with the warm me up drink – I took my first MNSMAX 3 color pack at that time and mix mySPARK for my morning drive… When I got to work I mixed my Meal Replacement shake ( I used Chocolate) with a bottle of water – it takes a good bit of shaking to mix it up! I have to say it wasn’t bad – kind of like drinking skim chocolate milk… I heard through the grapevine that mixing it in a blender with some ice (ice baby) – sorry bad habit
will make it like a chocolate shake!
LUNCH – I was feeling a little shaky with a headache coming on (this may be due to the pollen count of a trillion x 10 in the ATL today) either way I was STARVING so I inhaled the jerk chicken and broccoli I had for lunch and realized I didn’t have my “mid morning snack” … OOPS! Maybe that was why I was so hungry.. I guess tomorrow I will have the apple I brought today and see if that helps with curb the hunger until lunch… Sometimes I think I am my own worst enemy.
I seriously HATE posting photos because there are so many variables that can make them look different.. i.e. not same clothes, bathroom, etc. - So here is my unofficial Day 1 and Day 11 photo. I will post another one on Day 24 and I will try to be in the same bathroom and clothing as Day 1 … from the looks of these photos I need to be doing 100 squats a day :/
